"Recently, I moved back to Wyoming and tried transferring our insurance to another State Farm Agent near us. However, it was a struggle so I decided to call Katie Murphy in Jackson. Jackie, who answered the phone was extremely professional, respectful and compassionate to our needs. There were a few hiccups transferring back to Wyoming, however, Jackie was diligent in getting the task done as well as in a timely manner. The wife and I are excited to make a trip to Jackson to meet Jackie and Katie and personally thank them both."
